o 1985 - Vannella Cheese Factory was first established as Caseificio Vannella in South-East Italy.
o 1992 - Won an Award for the most growing business in its area.
o 1995 - Caseificio Vannella recorded a yearly turnover of more than $20 millions.

The Present

o 2004 - Vannella Cheese Factory was re-established in Australia.
o 2006 -. Our Buffalo Mozzarella is awarded with Gold Medal in Brisbane International Cheese Award
...............- . Our Ricotta is awarded with Gold Medal in fresh curd soft cheese category at Melbourne's Specialist cheese award.
o 2007 -....Our Bocconcini is awarded with Gold Medal at Sydney's Specialist cheese award.

In two and a half years of trading, the enterprise has become a well known supplier of
“Quality Buffalo Cheese” throughout the country and we are now recognized as a leader in Buffalo Cheese Production of the Southern Hemisphere.
