BUFALINA Our best cheese is made entirely from the milk of buffaloes “Bufalina” won the International Cheese awards of 2006 in Brisbane, beating established Australian cheeses as well as top imported Italian cheeses. The Bufalina at the moment is made in two different sizes: 50gm balls and 250gm balls (Bocconcini or Fior di latte).



	BUFALOTTA In Napoli, they believe: “What would pizza be without buffalo cheese?” and here at Vannella Cheese Factory, we produce a delightful Buffalo pizza cheese called BUFALOTTA. Once is cooked, our Bufalotta stays nice and white on the pizza and tends to stretch for a lot longer than normal mozzarella and the flavor is just “ to die for”
