Our leadership was confirmed when our Bufalina (Buffalo Mozzarella) won the Gold Medal at Brisbane International Cheese Awards beating 3 of the top imported Italian Buffalo Mozzarella and the other Australian made, Shaw River's Buffalo Mozzarella.

We took a Gold Medal in the category of the fresh curd soft cheese for our Buffalo Ricotta at 2006 Australian Specialist Cheesemakers' Association Show that was held in Melbourne.
